This is a 254 unit luxury rental apartment community with a 4-story elevator buildings, 3 story single breezeway walk-up, Manor Homes, and three story 2-car garage townhomes. Additionally, an 8000 sf clubhouse, a 1000 sf maintenance building and 5 stall detached garage buildings. Mito completed the entire insulation package on this project.
