Post Carlyle Square consists of 344 luxury apartments across two buildings; a 14-story, post-tensioned concrete high-rise and a four-story mid-rise. The project, which is targeting LEED® certification, sits atop a two-level reinforced concrete underground garage and surrounds an ornate landscaped courtyard on the plaza level. Carlyle's high-rise building houses community amenities including a clubroom, fitness center, rooftop pool and terrace. Mito Insulation installed the insulation package for all units on this project.
