West 130 is a transit-oriented, 2.7-acre infill development site located at the entrance to the hamlet of West Hempstead, within the Town of Hempstead, New York. The community consists of 150 market-rate apartment homes in one four-story building, an attached 5,000+/- sq. ft. leasing and amenity center, and garage parking. The community amenities include features; such as, an inviting clubhouse with cathedral ceilings, a game room with multiple flat screen televisions, a business center, the latest in fitness equipment, a WiFi resident coffee lounge, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with an outdoor pool, sun deck, and gas fireplace. Mito Insulation installed the insulation package and LEED caulking package for all units on this project
