The Project, Birchwood Apartments consists of two phases. Phase 1 consists of 57 unit in Building 1&3. Phase 2 consists of 27 units. Each building is 4 story wood framed construction with tuck under parking. We installed grade one mineral wool on all the exterior walls as part of our scope.
