Mito Insulation Inc

ProCon Inc's residential project Alta Stone Place in Melrose, MA is a project, which was developed by Wood Partners, and entails converting a four-story, 100,000-sq-ft mill building and constructing three new buildings. The mill building housed the Boston Rubber Shoe Co. factory from 1882 through 1929. The project includes the construction of two new, four-story wood-frame buildings on top of a garage and a three-story building, totaling 165,000 SF. The completed project encompasses 212 apartments and 285 parking spaces. Mito Insulation installed the insulation package for all new apartment units on this project.
