Dulles Station consists of two mid-density, 4-story buildings, housing 366 residential units on 5.49 acres in Fairfax County, Virginia. The innovative complex incorporates a wide variety of unit types to accommodate the needs of modern residents, from the live/work units on the ground floor to spacious lofts on the top floor. The list of amenities includes: a fitness center, a resort-style pool courtyard, a sun deck, a resident theater with big, cozy chairs, a click cafe, and a business center, all located within the clubhouse area and the four themed courtyards. 5,000 SF of retail space is located on the ground level. Parking is provided in two 5-level, precast parking decks. Mito Insulation installed the insulation package for all units on this project.
