Designed with a number of green building features, the Asher project is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council for LEED Silver certification. The mixed-use development consists of two buildings - one with six stories and the other with three stories - which are connected by a two-level, below-grade parking garage. The Asher's residential component, which includes 206 apartment units, offers energy-efficient appliances, and the overall complex will feature an extensive water-saving system and an advanced waste-management system. Mito Insulation installed the insulation, and caulking package for all units on this project.
