This mixed-use residential project is located in the historic city of Old Town Gaithersburg in Maryland and is next to a MARC transit stop. Providing 389 units and 17,500 SF of street level retail, the building is designed to fit the unique scale and context of Old Town and is a catalyst for future development. Mito Insulation installed the insulation package for all units on this project.
