Foxdale Village is a Quaker-directed Continuing Care Retirement Community in State College, PA. The second phase of the project included construction of the new three-story, U-shaped Independent Living Apartment Building. This building houses 57 units consisting of seven different floor plans ranging in size from 864 square feet to 1,350 square feet and a new wellness center. This phase also included renovations and additions to the existing Commons Building, including upgrades to the administrative and clinical areas, an expanded kitchen area, and an enlarged caf. The third phase includes a two-story expansion to the existing healthcare facility which will add 33 more personal care rooms and allow Foxdale Village to care for dementia diagnosis, which includes Alzheimer's disease and late stage dementia. This addition will be tied into the existing facility by two connecting links. The fourth and final phase of the project includes renovations to the existing healthcare facility.
